Corina Weigl is a partner with Fasken Martineau. She focuses her practice on estate and family business succession planning, including wills and trusts, corporate re-organizations, marriage contracts, estate administration, charities and not-for-profit law. When dealing with planning matters, clients have commended Corina on her ability to address complex legal issues. Corina also represents clients in both contentious and non-contentious estate litigation matters including will challenges, mental capacity matters, applications for advice, direction of the court and passing of fiduciary accounts.
